About Me

I studied at Northern Arizona University where I was awarded a Masters degree in Applied Health Psychology in 1994. Since then I have worked with individuals, couples, teenagers, and groups in a variety of treatment settings. I have helped clients recover from trauma, create healthier lifestyles and more peaceful relationships, and find relief from pain, stress, depression and anxiety. I have also assisted intravenous drug users in reducing HIV risk behaviors. I worked with teenagers at a farm based life skills training program and with behavior change in public schools. I am accredited by the State of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Since 2007, I have worked in private practice in Port Townsend, WA.
